I didn’t start in commercial real estate with deep pockets, a fancy college degree. I started the same way a lot of investors do. With houses.
In my twenties I owned single-family rentals, a duplex, and a four-family. I thought I was on the path to real estate wealth…until I noticed something important.
The investors building serious wealth in real estate weren’t flipping houses or dealing with tenants and toilets.
They were buying commercial properties.
That realization changed everything.
I bought my first small commercial property at 26 and never looked back. It was $99k and sold it a couple years later for $250k to my attorney!
Over the past three decades I’ve acquired approaching $100 million in commercial real estate. Just me focused - doing smart deals.
Today I spend my time doing two things:
• Building & managing my commercial real estate
• Helping other investors invest in their first commercial deal
Because A close second to the feeling I get walking out of a real estate closing is when someone I help buys their first commercial property.
The biggest myth about commercial real estate is that you need millions to get started. You don't. My past clients and I are living proof
You're one (small) commercial deal away from financial freedom!
